Functies:

Palletizer kan de met producten beladen dozen in een vaste volgorde op de pallet zetten en automatisch stapelen. Door de meerlaagse palletisering kan de vork ze naar het magazijn verplaatsen. Deze apparatuur maakt gebruik van PLC, touchscreen en intelligent beheer, wat niet alleen eenvoudig en gemakkelijk te beheersen is, maar ook de arbeid vermindert.

■Touch screen shows the working capacity, reason and place of trouble which has a high automatic degree. You can control the order of carton, stacking layer, empty pallet feeding and loaded pallet output by the programme set in the PLC.

■Touch screen operating to adjust the pattern of palletizing; Stable and high effect palletizing reduce labor ;

■Cartons infeed system is controlled by brake motor which can make the carton conveyed according to the fixed order;

■The empty pallet dispenser has the storage of 1215pcs empty pallet and feed the pallet automatically;

■Low noise which meets China International Standard Noise (＜75db）; 

■Easy shif to the different stacking pattern without change any parts within the allowable range.

■Electrical parts can be selected according to customer`s demand.
