KM-A6S Volautomatische blaasvormmachine is geschikt voor het produceren van PET-plastic containers en flessen in alle vormen. Het wordt veel gebruikt voor de productie van de koolzuurhoudende fles, mineraalwater, cosmetica voor flesolieflessen met pesticiden, fles met brede -monding en fles met warme vulling, enz.
Kenmerken van het hoofdgedeelte:
1. Volautomatische werking met theoretische uitvoercapaciteit tot 9600 flessen per uur voor een volume van 0,7 l met behulp van vier-blaasvormen
2. Gepatenteerd laadsysteem draagt de voorvorm automatisch met minder bewegende delen.
3. Geschikt om 0.1 2.5L PET-container met standaardhals te produceren
4. Geavanceerd PLC-besturingssysteem met een gebruiksvriendelijk-vriendelijk bedieningspaneel
5. Ingebouwd-in geheugen van de PLC slaat alle reeksen getallen op die nodig zijn om flessen van verschillende afmetingen te produceren.

Adopts one-way preform-feeding structure and preform-separating by servo motor structure which solve the preform block and abrasion problem.
There are two photoelectric sensors to control preform-loading motor and preform-separating cylinder that will
warn the operator to add the preforms into the hopper when lacks preform instead of stopping the machine.

Adopts servo motor to drive the two cranks to control the clamping system which can shorten the mold-clamping time and improve productivity, and also solve the swelling mold and big joint line problem with the effect of pressurize plate.
